ABAA membership is an important marker of professional ethics: "Membership in the ABAA cannot be obtained simply by paying a fee or signing an agreement. Before being considered for membership, booksellers must prove that they are established, knowledgeable, and of excellent reputation. Prospective members must be sponsored by current members, and undergo a rigorous screening process. The average ABAA member has been in the antiquarian book business more than twenty years."

Bookseller Biography |
Ken Mallory hails from Decatur, Georgia where he started in the book business working for A Cappella Books. After twelve years with them, Ken struck out on his own and started exhibiting at fairs under his own name. Many of you may well know him for his involvement in the Georgia Antiquarian Book Fair, which he manages. Ken has now owned his own business for over four years and specializes in General Antiquarian material with an emphasis on Art, Architecture and Photography. |
